So there's this manhwa I have been searching for. I read it such a long time ago

Tbh, I don't remember much of the mc and ml (but they weren't toxic) I think the the ml (top) was younger than mc. I think (?) he used to be ugly or chubby in the past and loved mc who helped him but is now very grown up and different but still in love with mc. I think??

But I vividly remember the MC's past, like when he was in highschool he had been a bit injured (like his hand) and some guy was assigned to help him but then the MC got better and didn't need help but the psycho was obsessed with mc depending upon him and injured him (I think his legs?) on the rooftop but MC's friend saved him.

The psycho also returned later in the story.
