Ok... So the way Elizabeth was looking, she could have been brainwashed or something because her eyes seem dead. I think the real Ciel brainwashed her. (Imma stupid so idk)
I think she was fed a lot of bullshit, so I think she is very confused and doesn't know what to do.
I think she's just experiencing the backlash of realizing she's not as perfect as she wants to be. She even indirectly admitted understanding why Ciel lied.

Am I the only one that kind of liked the ending? Like, yes it was a cliche and yes, the "bad guy" got his cliche sob story, but in the end (at least for me) it did work out. I just feel bad for the little brother. Like he went through all that, and then just gets tossed aside?! Like where is our flash forward to where the little brother meets someone? Anyway, I thought it was an okay story and the ending wasn't THAT bad. (My opinion obviously)
