Maybe I've read too many manwhas but every plotline felt like the author was trying to fill a checkbox list of cliches. The art was not enough to carry the plot.

Another fuckass fl with fickle goals. "oh but he's nice now" EVEN SHE IS SUS THAT HE REMEMBERS. She was even transmigrated with her own face, so she should know that him having the SAME FACE AS THE OBSESSED ML IS NOT A COINCIDENCE. SHE LIVED 20+ YEARS FOR NOTHING. She herself was the one who said she was not gonna befriend him!! I would prefer x100 that she decides to be nice from the start that this "oh but i did not wamt to be your friend" crap.

I went and read the novel so here's some spoilers with my thoughts on it bc I don't know any other forum to vent lol
I hate the ending. Not because it was bad, but I feel like there should be another volume. They suffered so much and I adore the peace they reached but there's still so much!!!
They say that the peace won't last for sure, the church failed to unite the kingdoms and the northeasteners will bide their time so all that Riftan did for peace won't last a decade lol how sad... But at least Maxi and Riftan are together yay!!
... But no kids, even though they definitely feel sad about not having kids and have such strong emotions towards Rossetta's child...
Anyways, their newfound romance is cute to see, how they tease each other :) yay BUT there's still things to say!!! Riftan didn't tell her about the whole saving-her-as-a-child shtick, or that EVERY important action and decision he has taken is because he was wipped since infancy. I'd love to see the conversation but didn't happen :(
I want to know about Kuahel!! He was so second lead coded. He was so curious about Maxi, and strangely appeared in the nick of time more than once. I'd love a side story on his thoughts, he followed the church so blindly and maybe, if he wasn't a cleric, he'd say something meaningful to Maxi... And Maxi also followed his trail sometimes, after all he always answered her questions and believed in her abilities :( Kuahel had so much potential for being a dragonian, his eyes and awkward demeanor... I thought the whole church would be monsters at some point lol since they knew how to conceal themselves... So interesting...
But the fucking side story was about FUCKING URSULINE omg I detest him so much. I don't care how you fought your brother to be part of the Remdragon knights are you kidding me?? Wasted a sidestory on a fckn simp for riftan smh...
The rosen wigrew stuff didn't make that much sense to me... They revived that old tree but nothing too interesting happened under it. The kittens were forgotten. What happened to Ruth? Is Anatol still thriving? I know that Maxi said she was not going to fight for the Croyso inheritance but I had the same thoughts as Rossetta, you fool!!! Help your sister!!! She doesn't want the old man to keep getting his way!! Poor Rose...
Also I know that the gooner allegations are rather facts in this story but sometimes I thought it was too much like... She just kissed you... Sometimes not even that!!! Maxi would just exist and the boner was already there. C'mon dude in the mountains?? While dying of hypothermia?? In the tents with all the knights? Nasty... But enjoyable lol
AND RIFTAN DIDN'T TAKE THE STUPID WIGREW SWORD... It would have blinded the audience with the holy shine i am sure, he is the miraculous Male Lead after all. A little more glazing and he'd become emperor of the continent lol
Finally, Maxi didn't further her education on magic :( everyone tells her she's a prodigy!! So frustrating :(((( her Golem was the thing that tipped the scales in the last battle she should be gifted with online classes or smth.
