yes!! definitely. i tried to shift a few times like sleeping and shifting into other realities but man it was hard. so i decided to take it into my own hands and form my reality in a way that id feel good even when i wake up.
Yes. Darling feeling bored or sad is too normal. Try crippling anxiety and depression that won't let you get out of bed.
