The uke has a great power, maybe he is not human. The military really want to use his power and so they let the seme to meet the uke in an effort to take use of the power. The uke is willing to meet without killing seme. (There is a speacial reason, but I forgot ). At the end of the story this couple has their children. Maybe the role of the seme and uke is mistaken as I don't remember exactly!

the seme is often hand in hand with other guys. Because every time his uke finds out and cries, the seme sees his uke's crying face cute. And one day the uke is so angry and decides to do the same way the seme did. After that the seme regrets it and they are back to lovey-dovey.
