Well it's a very thoughtfully crafted and one of a kind story, and the drawings are peak !! There are a lot of historical and philosophical references too, that add layers of depth to the intrigue, the characters are complex and so well written ! But hell it's a damn emotional roller coaster, it's the kind of story that can affect you physically, lol, if you know what I mean ╥﹏╥
So yes, I'd highly recommend it, however if you're currently in a place where you feel vulnerable or fragile, I'd suggest to choose something less overwhelming and draining, since it can be very engrossing, evoking a visceral response, and making you feel everything so deeply ! (I was totally crushed more than once after reading some chapters (/TДT)/ welp )
