I think the fault lies heavily on the parents (the grandparents) for what has happened to the son and in turn the grandson. Like yes, they raised and housed thier sons but were practically emotionally neglectful. The older son wanted and escape, thought he found it in his wife and by extension, his son but the betrayal broke his already fragile mind. They both needed therapy and probably never got it
Well yea but he's emotionally stunted. Teens who go to Julie stay emotionally stunted for similar reasons. Can't expect some one to know how to deal with a huge betrayal like that when they were never given the tools to do so. As of now, asian counties still look down on mental health issues. Let alone a rich patriarchal family in a Asian nation. It was a shitty situation that led to an even shittier situation
Has anyone recently gotten addicted to Chinese Web novels?
Yup, the plot is mostly like that. And I've also gotten addicted to Chinese novels so I'm only gonna spend about 15 minutes in this site and then check in to the novels.
So far, I've read:
war prisoner (so fucking sad, I'm sobbing and I love it),
feng yu jiu tian (quite disappointing but still like it),
legendary master's wife (I'm in love),
mo dao zu shi (the best novel I've read and I love it so so so much) This one gets a (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ.
The reader and the protagonist definitely have to be in love (still reading but so far, I love it especially yandere seme-kun).
