The characters are a cute FL with blonde hair I think and the ML crossdresser who is considered the most beautiful and he fell in love with the FL. Update. I found it and I really had to go deep in the gender bend genre. Its called "Usotsuki Lily" if anyone is interested to read. Its very old but I use to enjoy it so much back then.
