wow rereading this, i’m in tears for yuta. Being forced into selling yourself then falling in love with someone who never came back to see you then being married into your sponsored family/abusers and having “elder” treating them like trash then commit an awful deed towards them because you wanted to act like you’re in power like how people around you treated you, then being raped by that so person and getting injury then being kidnapped to their house after having that painful and humiliating experience, only then to cut yourself off for revenge while wanting comfort in that person, while all knowing you’ll be dying soon. But deep inside, I think he came back to Seunghyun’a life because he wanted to spent it with someone who gave him comfort and peace but want to hurt them because what they did to you—killing that comfort and happy memories to had with that person…someone who never kept their promise; while reminding himself that it will end at any moment.

I think season 1 will end either with Yuta being kidnapped by Tetsu or Yuta running away becuase Seunghyun is getting too close and he doesn’t want to get hurt so he’ll run away and keep his distance while still maintaining the marriage status. Either or it will lead to Seunghyun coming to term with his feelings. If there’s a season 3, then the ending for season 2—I think that ending might be Yuta’s health declining and want to leave the world because there’s nothing in the world for him anymore, if there’s season 3, they might just make only 2 seasons with this ending being in the end of season 1 or the half of season 2. But Seunghyun might ask him to get surgery or it might be a emergency surgery which led Yuta to losing his memory with either Seunghyun pursuing Yuta, helping him recover and trying to help him get his memory back or just making new memories with him replacing the old or leaving and watch a far because he wants Yuta to have a normal life. OR Yuta taking the “Me Before You” situation with choosing to die with a happy memories of Seunghyun loving him.

I don’t know there’s a lot of options but Tetsu kidnapping Yuta will let Seunghyun be exposed of Yuta’s past and his situation with the mess up things that happened prior escape and after the Golden Pavilion. He'll discover that Tetsu and Yuta knowing each other prior marriage and about Tetsu and his dad “using” Yuta, etc. The guilt will set in then the pity then the sympathy at the end. After all, right now Seunghyun has no pity or sympathy towards Yuta, just responsibility. That what Seunghyun concluded after the Dooshik, since he refuse it love because he only know one type and it’s with the old boss but in a sense of respect, yet I still think he was being groomed to be his successor causing the gaslighting and manipulation by using “i’m disappointed in you” or “i expect more from you” or “i believe you can do that for me, right?” I don’t think he’s a good person, he was a gangster.

Anyways, if it’s a happy ending, I believe both will be happy together; but if it a sad ending, I think Seunghyun will be alone while Yuta will be a memory.
