Yea he deserved that, he played around with people's lives for fun. Do those that support him all collectively forget him rising out of a pile of corpses, who died for some mission he was leading? Dude didn't even try, he was like lol bye, and dipped.
The thing is, even if they don't get it, it doesn't mean they're in the right. That's like saying a child who kills a dog, if they don't understand what they did, doesn't mean it's not bad.
And that's the whole thing, just because you don't understand, doesn't mean it's acceptable. If we're gg to go full animal kingdom, then like a dolphin, he wouldn't understand the morality of his actions. But as a reader and as a human being, I can say "hey, although he might not know the gravity of his actions, if the consequences of his action hits him, I would say he deserves it."
Uhh dog fighting, snake fighting, chicken fighting, bug fighting rings? People do kill ants just because btw. So is the garden snails on a road. Do u see the amt of crushed snails from people stepping on them? Deliberately? How do u know insects arent sentient dude. Just cus we dont understand their thoights doesnt mean we take science at face value and say they dont think or feel pain. Rmbr when people say babies dont feel pain and does surgery without anesthesia? Do i have to bring other races of people who was enslaved and also fought in colosseums? Theres so many examples of people who does similar games to the dragon and theyre humans! Real life humans!
U dont apply human morals to dragon morals the same way u dont apply dog morals to human morals? U get me? Animals rape n torture other animals and people just say thats the way it is?. To the dragon, human dies easily from almost anything, they die and thats just the way it is. If it had been a human in that pilem yall say oh i cant blame him. He just wanted to survive. Oh he got a family to feed. But in that moment the dragon played as a human then died as a human. The dragon is the one who lived. U say he deserved ro die. Well he did die. In that pile.
And as a human being did u blame god for giving someone cancer and misfortune or do u accept it as the way it is. Im using god as an example cus theres no being as universally known to be in a higher plane of existence. God will say ah thats just the way it is. Balance i give u both bad n good. And u as a human being will u say " god might not know the gravity of his actions, if the consequences hits him, he deserves it" no cus ur human morality doesnt reach him as he is in a higher state of being.
Its like if someone loves gettings cuddles they would try to cuddle people becus to them loving cuddles is normal. Its smth thats good. They dk when they do it to people it could mean smth bad for them. Whats bad for us humans isnt smth bad for dragons. If all the dragons also does these games. They wont ever ever understand mortality. U gotta experience the fear of dying to know why someone would fear dying.
FYI im not excusing his actions. He sucks. But he doesnt deserve the consequences u think he does. Did everyone in that mission knew the risk of death? Did they knew when they chose that occupation?. Its different if he brought women and kids who dont fully understand the risks or lied to them just to kill them. Or if the dragon 'fun' lies in the pain of humans. Cus if we read the story it isnt.
You're fighting your demons man, you just made me eat a nothing burger. You went from rape to torture then to wanting to survive, feeding his family, what???? When did I say if he were human that would be ok, it'll still be bad????
But hey, if his death that he knew full well he would survive is somehow equivalent to the whole battalion dying, hey don't let me stop you man, you do you LMAOOOOO
Won't you be pissed if your general brought you out to a dangerous mission, then just peaced out. Because they understand they MIGHT die, it is understandable that they died for no good reason?
If his fun also produces suffering, isn't that bad?
Yea, I agree, he sucks, but just because he doesn't understand the suffering that came with his actions, doesn't alleviate responsibility. I can't give an statement on how much penance will wipe him clean of his consequences, but getting stabbed and maybe dying (let's be real, he ain't dying anytime soon) is par for the course.

Rubi you're so dang cute, the cute aggression gets so real
Screams are echoing in my room when reading this. My plushies suffered LoL
