I love how the story is built in a way that has the art and the dialogue depending heavily on each other to effectively reach the reader's emotions. Sounds a bit obvious when put like that, but whereas other manga/manhwa rely mostly or solely on the visual element for sex scenes, to the point that you can skip the dialogue altogether and still be satisfied, this one actually requires communication between the mcs to complement the art and the feel of the story as a whole. Both techniques work just fine, of course, but I really appreciate that the author went for this kind of composition, considering that the story literally revolves around means of communication. It's not like it's packed with genius lines, bc it doesn't have to?? They're awkward boys who constantly find themselves in situations that could easily bring on awkward pauses but there's awkward TALKING instead and that's so great. Them talking, however awkward it is, make those moments so much more intimate and just great.

the art for this really just. ruined me forever. everything about h&hrc's so stunning and unique and the characters are all so lovable, it was a fave from the start!! I really hope the author expands the plot in the 2nd season - I'm dying to see more about Gin & Rum, Idea and all the Mananan character development there's potential to happen.
