he is engaged but it was bcuz there will be a scandal with the actor dude so i dont really remember exactly why but i think he chose to get engaged so he could use the wifes resources to lighten the scandal so it doesnt hurt joohwan cuz he thought joohwan was in love with actor dude and didnt want joohwan hurt even if he wasnt together with him (idk if this makes sense ) BUTT they talk it out after having sex and him crying and he breaks the engagement and they fix the scandal and yes its all lovely dovey
