The situation right now shows that Quinton is definite on aborting the child, while Cain his partner insisted of having the baby. But first of all before everyone starts arguing about who's right and who's wrong let's actually see both perspective clearly, I know everyone is entitled to their opinion and that's valid. While other seems to just be close minded and forget that theirs two sides in a coin.
Let's address how Cain side first, it's true he was being dismissed and that's hurtful. Worst of all was the fact he wasn't even the first person to know that his partner is pregnant. It's a valid reason to get angry and hurt since you were ofcourse the first person he knew in this transmigrated world and upon doing the sexual acts it's true Quinton insisted of not using a protection and even stated, "How about we have your baby?" In chapter 49 which later pan to them kissing and hugging each other.
However, Quinton stated multiple times why he isn't ready to have a child —yet. First of all labor is a difficult process especially for the mother since they have to carry the child for 9 months, and after they give birth they experience a rare case of postpartum depression (PPD) which is statically 1-7 mother's (Cleveland Clinic 2026). In addition to that, Quinton's body is biologically male however his secondary gender is that of an omega and based on previous literature for example kiss me liar and love is an illusion both of them had a hard time giving birth which strained both of them and Yeon Woo almost died giving birth to Spencer. While Cain feeling's are valid but he should still understand where Quinton's frustrated feelings are coming from, and we know from the story that Quinton still has ambition of his own, that's why he's still not ready to give birth in the current situation because that would put all their sacrifices and work to waste. Moreover, it may even result to them being hurt or put in danger not just for Quinton but the child and Cain.
But nonetheless it's also clear that the two should have communicated properly instead of putting their emotion's on the table. Personally being pro life is understandable and I can see from everyone that their reason for choosing to save child is due to concerns for both of the characters. But I think those that are pro abortion also elaborated their share of concern as well and we should stop dragging each other down and actually try to be open to different perspective.But beyond this story is our reality and it clearly mirror's the issue that should be address.
