I freaking love when the chaser flips half way through like this. Anyone have any recommendations for more stories like this?

So I just finished chapter 31 and i just realized (and love) that Jerry doesn't consider the crown prince a problem *BUT ALSO* doesn't consider him a love interest either lol. Like not once have we gotten him super flustered or had a "badump" (heartbeat) moment and really all there is is that Jerry considers him to be objectively handsome, it's not even his personal opinion, like just a fact lol.

Also when reading the guide he was pretty much just reminiscing about the fun memories and we don't even hear what kind of ending Jerry would have with him.

Also, I love that we pretty much get a chill gay MC. Most of these stories the mc is either "too gay" (you know what I mean, like not flamboyant but there's a type these authors seems to like for gay MC's) or the mc was originally painfully hetero and they spend the whole time absolutely freaking out that they're "forced" to be gay.

Yaoi where three brothers work at a temple and accidently unleash 3 spirits that they have the marry. Main couple is a couple that don't really get along, the other two are ok with the arranged marriage

Any Manga like bj Alex where one person chases the other for a while until heart break so they try to get over them only for the one they were chasing to suddenly start chasing them?

How fast is the story going? Is it decent pacing or does it seem like it's going to drag for a lot of chapters? Just trying to figure out if I should read it now or wait a few more weeks till there's a lot more on here

It looks like on my end that there's still another scene at the end of chapter 39, as if it was cut off early.

Isekai where a girl reincarnated as a side character in one of her fave books/games (classic lol) and like plans to just live a regular life watching the love of her life irl and stuff.

But like something happens and either she can't control herself and instantly confess to him the second she saw him even though it was technically their first time meeting. Or like she stumbled upon him doing something he wasn't supposed to (I wanna say he was a "delinquent" character) and like out of nervousness she confess (but her confession was real cause she really does like him).

And like I think they have a sort of weird dynamic after that where he basically has her as a lucky and keeps asking why she likes him cause apparently he was depraved of love as a kid and stuff so he doesn't really know how to deal with her honest confessions.

Any bl where the mc has a crush on a guy that they think is mutual but they confess only to find out the guy was just being nice to them. So like obviously they're embarrassed and pull back on their friendship...only for the ML to figure out he does like the main character, they had just never liked a guy before and this didn't know?

Bonus for the reverse of this scenario too!

Nice for a first Manga of this topic but if you've already read a few of these kinds of Mangas this one comes off as very childish and the pacing is a bit off because everything is happening way too quickly. I mean it's a nice change from 200 chapters and no progress but still, there's gotta be balance.

I think she's been in her new world for less then a month and she's already basically got the love of the ML, made a pact with dwarves and faries when it hasn't been done in decades, also the two events she's been to she's basically left in the first 30 minutes.

Also she's lowkey done nothing to gain everyone's trust but somehow did so in basically a day and (as someone else mentioned it) it seems like she expects everyone to instantly treat her differently while she's simultaneously acknowledging that the previous Villain was... *a Villain*.

TBH she's coming off a bit like a Mary Sue self insert.

I kinda want to read a story where the main character has memory loss, but like instead of their partner/friend/family lying about who they were and how they acted I want them to be straight up about it and for the memory loss Character to be confused as to why they used to act that way.

Like instead of it being a mystery where everyone us lying and they have to figure out the truth, it's someone who's learning about themselves all over again and trying to figure why they used to act the way they did.

Ex. A love story between royalty. Dude loses memories and when he sees his wife he's all blushy cause she's beautiful. But she straight up tells him they're in an arranged marriage and hate eachother/he hates her. But he's confused caused she's so pretty and sweet or something.

Or even same premis but instead she tells him they're eachother greatest loves but he realizes she's a horrible person and he used to be too and he grows to hate this stranger who claims he was worse than her.

It is going to turn out the dukes dialog was a glitch and he actually said he loved the MC?

Any Manga with the above concept? Fl/ML stopps having a crush on FL/ML for what ever reason which causes the person they had a crush on to suddenly be into them?

The MLS is obviously Sasha and he's also obviously the prince.

*Maybe* it'll turn out to be that Sasha and the prince are just twins or something but yeah. I'm calling it from the second they mention led no one ever seeing the princes face and him even using a voice modulator.

I hate when stories do this. It's basically 20 chapters of *nothing*.

Also she's lowkey an idiot? Why couldn't she confide in the younger brother and both of them could have simply left the company and lived on their own with her as an author and him as a computer guy?

Honestly the pacing is pretty good so far. I hope it doesn't suddenly drag for another 60 chapters of no progession though. So many Villainess webtoon used to take for ever before she'd actually leave, but I've noticed the new thing is for them to leave right away, but then the whole divorce thing takes forever.

It took me forever to actually start reading this because those top comments there were all about how the love interest was the worst asshole in the world and how he treats the mc horribly....only for me to start this and find out that apperantly the top isn't horrible enough

Ok so like I'm barely on chapter 2 but I think I know how this might play out. If the fl going to adopt the future fl and treat her right, but in doing so her son is going to get jealous and bully the future FL (maybe not bully but suddenly want his moms attention after seeing her be nice) and the current fl is going to be confused and exasperated on why they're not getting along?

I hate when stories take forever to progress and misunderstandings just keep piling up.

Like this is basically 100 chapters of nothing, this much of the story progression could have happened in 20 chapters of a decently paced webcomic.

And while the core family hasn't had any major misunderstandings, the fact that their society just outright hates roselia for no reason upsets me. Like lowkey I understand why they would have hated her initially but after 10 years you're telling me no one has noticed a personality change?

And the whole emperor hating ein thing gets me. In the og story Roselia says it's because they fall for the same girl but then it becomes the emperor is being manipulated? Like honestly so much could have been fixed if his dad was honest with him. Or I personally feel that if we had gotten a scene very early on between the young emperor and Roselia then he would have been much more reciprocative of them and would have made for a more interesting and heartfelt story (like instead of fight over a love interest they were fighting over a mother figure lol)

Any recommendations for stories similar to "marry my husband"? Aka cheating and then satisfying successful revenge?
