Wait happened here, I was wondering what was wrong with my MangaGo extension in mihon and I haven't opened this site for a while, while I was using it so I just thought I have an internet problem or something. ALSO I HAVEN'T OPENED MY READING LIST YET(THAT I HAD TO ALSO FCKING RECOVER BACK THEN WHEN THIS SITE WAS GONE FOR A WHILE, I LOST A LOT OF READS BACK THEN) NO FUCKING WONDER Y MY UPADTES ARE ONLY 1 THING PER UPDATWE.
Hello. Please read the FAQs, both posts have all the information you should need, I also recommend reading the comments (yes, there's a lot, but there are relevant answers to questions and concerns you may have), reading them with clear up any confusion and also reduce repeated questions that have already been answered :) with that being said, reading lists are currently in the process of being restored, it's just taking a while since there's so many of us, and so much manga.

GENUINELY, HOW THE HELL DO U READ IN NOVEL UPDATES istg someone recommend the site to me as a like a starterpack for a newbie me to finally read novels. I'm higkey an idiot, if i see a lot of texts or buttons going on, I short circuit. Y'all i really need help on how to use ts, I'm literally missing out on this peak site(idk)
you just have to create an account on Novel Updates, search for the novel titles, and click on the chapters, it'll bring you to the translator's site or whatever it's called, some of them that I remember (and frequently use) are these
https://novelingua.com/
https://lilyonthevalley.com/
https://chrysanthemumgarden.com/
I'm kinda new myself however. I think you have to login to click on the chapters so it could redirect you to the site itself. At least for me I have to. Idk I read on a phone and android, might be different.
But if you want to find some kind of novels, like browsing through a library, click the three lines in the corner. Click Find Novels. It'll give you options and tags. Click twice to get an X, meaning you don't want to this in your search for novels. Click once, it'll be a Checkmark, for tags you DO want. And click filter.
There's languages in the tag section, meaning the origin of the novels itself, so whether the novel was written in Korean, Chinese, Japanese, and then translated into english. So if you want to read prodominately Korean novels, click Korean, and pick the tags you want or don't want. Should've said this before the other one but oop.
If you want to find a specific novel, just use the search bar. Although some novels go by different names so be careful of that.
There are also forums for Novel Updates, used mainly by that Novel's fandom for questions. That's all I really know. I think.
