The mc and male lead always met up in a specific house(?) to either watch movies or read books. No idea what happened but they drifted apart and years later one of the characters comes back to that place and looks through the books or movies and finds a letter of the other guy in one of them. I think the character who found the letter started crying? I don’t really remember anything else. I also don’t know if this was the ending of that manhwa or just a backstory. I read it years ago
