Maybe the issue is kind of biological? The bed scene was showing byul rejecting to be dominated by siwoo's alpha pheromones..
I've read a lot of omegaverse and some functions very differently from each other.. maybe in this case, it's "biologically" impossible or just not ideal for two alphas to be together. Kinda similar to dojun and heesoo, when dojun (alpha) was in a rut and heesoo (beta) tried to ease him (well, eventually dojun did but it really strained heesoo a lot) and with the the blue-haired pretty omega going into heat and his beta partner tried to ease him but didn't worked.
