I'm just surprised they shut it down so quickly. Most authors would've covered their ears and kept pumping out chapters, *cough* Get Schooled *cough*. Tournament arcs. I get WHY they're used, especially in character-heavy shounen manga, but I still think they're lazy writing, a massive time suck, and a boring read.
