for chapter 28 Arsenis is tasteless and in small amounts, its harmless. Since its been almost 4 years ( minus the baby year/first year) she should have visible arsenic symptoms. It is filtered out of our body through pee. Also it doesn't kill the baby but makes it deformed sooo. It is very easy to buy lol.
