I read Yaoi so I finally got into this after all the hype years ago and wow I wouldn’t even class this as a Yaoi. All the characters are so well written and complex. Seeing as it’s been 7 years I don’t think we’re gonna get another story like this from this author.
Is there a bl where at the start the bottom is in the position of power (can be timid) but still treats the top (who assumes he’s gonna be abused) with kindness and eventually the power dynamics switch and the top is in position of power (and if possible takes advantage of the bottoms kindness )

Guys is there a Yaoi where the top is taller, more powerful, rich, just better than the uke in every way but also hates the u, like wouldn’t mind physically abusing him. I want a slow burn where it’s mostly this seme hates the uke (the uke can hate him or love him or whatever) (preferred if they both hate watch other or the uke is scared or the uke is a pushover) I feel like there’s no Yaoi like this except PASSION

It’s not as slow burn as I’d like it to be but
Can someone who actually enjoys this more for the plot than the smut what you actually like about this, I’m not against red flags, non con or physics abuse but this is just horrible there’s nothing nice I don’t get why anyone would enjoy reading this unless it’s purely for smut. The plot isn’t deep it’s the cliche eye for an eye
Ppl who like this usually enjoy the psychological tension and the inversion of power dynamics between the two characters rather than looking for a deep storyline
