Ik you're mad and it's reasonable but if you come to read the novel and even the further chapters you come to understand that the guy has a very complicated character .. like he genuinely doesn't want to hurt yujin but bcz of his s class nature it's kinda that way.. infact all the characters have this side to them, and we'll see that about soon too.
Nono I know, the manga also makes it pretty obvious the s classes are their own crazy. There's just something about Taebitch and his own crazy that doesnt sit right with me. Im just his OP since he first appeared, none of his actions sit right with me even with his back story HAHAHAHAA

Akajajhsjahahs you've summed up who he is as a person as per the novel and the novel readers commenting on here. Mf jealous he's not in our MC's click. My guy has deeply rooted self hatred and daddy issues ingrained in him and its one thing to be self depreciating but like you also said, he's always the root of all the beef he has with MC. Their first meet cute (not!) was where I drew the line cuz when he took MC's fear resistance skill for sum duMBASS reason, I knew this man was stupid deep down. Cuz what you mean you took his SS tier fear resistance to deter him from interacting with people and to not put himself in peril when the only life he knew even when he was at the weakest level was to be a hunter and instead you actually want him to act like the weakling that he is supposed to be so he can be saved whenever ?????? That whole thing was the biggest ick to me cuz for others that was just his character setting, to me he legitimately crossed a line assaulting the MC and changing him against his wishes. ALSOOOO !! Esp since he never truly tries to interact with MC to get to know him like the other S classes and already has preconceived notions of who or how MC should function, Taebitch just plows into anything head empty and decides for him whenever. He is who MC's brother would be if he was trying to be unlikeable and actually went thru his word of kidnapping, isolation, controlling MC's life as 'protection' but no, his brother knows better and actively fights for his life not to follow the dark side meanwhile Taebitch dont think before he does something and gets pikachu faced when the results arent what he expects, legitimately a mf hard to like fr. Sorry for the long rant, legitimately a D1 hater of his forever.
