It won't Turn this in a better (?) love -triangle, just make it even worse for the MC who honestly suffered enough. I mean i knew what was coming but i kinda hoped the Main struggle would be for the MC to Break free from the grooming He was put through. That could have been a conpelling story. But no, bl needs to have unreal levels of toxic bullshit.
