In chapter 28, he said that he got 333,242 coins so he's putting 100,000 coin to the side to heal the old auntie, spent some coin on his mom, and is gonna save the rest for emergency~
I think its because he has yet to find time (or an excuse?) to actually visit the old Auntie to heal her since it seems like he usually has to be in front of the person he wanna use his wish on to actually use it~
