Can someone explain to me the twin thing??? I keep seeing comments about "twins" but i have no idea where it's coming from???

There's double of the translations and the chapters seem to be a little different both text and panel-wise.
Is the fan translation more accurate/complete or should I continue with the "Official" Chapters?
