i do love tsundere men but i usually read them where it’s a yaoi and the uke is tsundere. this isn’t doing it for me in my opinion. the ml is
annoying and is just a dick in my opinion. i get he doesn’t really know how to show emotions in something but he could try?? they’re dating now and that’s great but if this was a bit more realistic the girl would have given up when she saw how nasty the ml was. she (the mc) is pretty annoying too. i get shes funny and very determined- but it’s coming off as desperate and there are other men who won’t treat you shitty like the ml. maybe i’m being to harsh and treating this too realistically but this is my opinion. curious to see if anyone agrees or disagrees! ╥﹏╥
well, I kind of disagree with you (• ▽ •;) it's true that the ml is pretty annoying, BUT that doesn't mean he's not trying. Little by little, he's changing for the fl because he knows how she feels about him, and he himself has values that he wants to uphold. For the fl, she IS coming off as desperate, but she is aware of it. (I think she's made it clear in a chapter, although I can't remember which. ) She knows that her behavior is embarrassing lol, that's why she is trying to match ml's tempo, iygwim. They're just both new to love¯_ʘ‿ʘ_/¯

i read a lotttt of ts and honestly this was a lot for me. maybe if it was a few chapters or a one shot j of the gangbang purely for smut no plot, but there is a plot. and a decent one. with a good uke, who is haunted by his past. aside from this he is repeatedly abused and raped by not only other characters but the fucked up seme himself. the only good thing about the seme is his looks. i didn’t finish this and only got a bit more than halfway through, but there is no love in this so if you’re looking for a fucked up thing to read go ahead but this is not for the light hearted. even though it is a mafia / mob story, there is so many other better things to read w that plot with actual love and a good seme. j a warning before u read.
the uke in the second/side couple which is the ex of the uke in the main couple (kinda confusing) is a horrible person. he is entitled, annoying, mean, a bully, and isn’t deserving of love from the delivery guy or anyone tbh. what he deserves is a humbling and needs to be put in his place. i don’t usually mind side couples/second stories but the uke just really does it for me in this one. might drop Σ(っ°Д °;)っ

it’s been a while since i read this story. definitely years. but i’ve come back to it today after seeing a picture of it in my camera roll and deciding to reread the letter from Wenxu Jiang at the end. i know a lot of people don’t care and dislike the letter but i thinks it’s such a fitting extra chapter and makes me bawl my eyes out everytime. from the denial that Zhishu isn’t really dead to the traveling without him and missing him. its sooo beautifully written. the whole story is just beautiful. it shows the reality of a broken relationship with a man who takes the other for granted and a man who just won’t let go. up until the end that Zhishu still didn’t want to let Jiang go. the reality of a fatal disease. the reality of grief and death. the doctor and zhishu both finding each other and their love becoming while zhishu is dying. it’s just perfect. my favorite flowers are jasmines because of this story, and whenever someone asks me why i am reminded of this story. i am greatful everyday that i read this story because past all the anger, frustration, tears and angst this story brings- it is a masterpiece that i could never forget.
i think the art style is great and the characters are pretty but the uke has no respect for himself and the seme is a hypocritical jerk. calling the uke a slut and using him as a toy, and the uke literally taking it just because of the “unrequited love” which is pretty messed up in the first place. i’ve read wayyyy worse and messed up things than this, but they have an actual plot with decent characters with good character development. this, is just eh to me. There is the straight smut for females, Josei, that is usually made by female authors which audience is also women. The art is very shojo, pretty normal body size.
Then the straight hentai, produced by men targeting the male audience.
In these latters, there's usually no plot and the hentai is often a harem, means guy mc fucks every walking girls. Girls are like you describe.
It seems that in SK there's not much of Josei for girls and most of what you call straight smut with such explicit covers are in fact straight hentais targeting the male audience.
