I heard we were supposed to be getting back our lost progress after the crash but my account never recovered sigh. I lost over 900+ manga and manhwa not to mention list and other stuff. I am very disappointed may stop using this website all together. Is anyone else's account also going through this?

Everybody went through this. Only titles that were rated or tagged got restored. Most of what I have in my lists now, I added back manually
