I don't see KS being BL not because of the ending because even if "Sangwoo would change for Bum in the end and they live happy ever after" Sangwoo state that he wasn t gay, he doesn t love Bum, it s just because Bum look like his mo and this is a psychological horror yaoi story. At fist KS wasnt made to be a BL but for publishing purposes and to obtain a larger public they decide to put the lable BL on it, but this is not about Boys love, the main focus of the story is an abusive relationship, there is no resolution of the conflict (Sangwoo doesn t get a redemption arc if I can call it that way) and suddenly turn out gay and get deep feeling for Bum. Far from being a BL and not because of the ending because there is no love at all.

As the title says, a small glance of fetish. There were scenes that were genuinely unnecessary that made the story seem that of smut than psychological. The author is already slightly weird. Her story, Ennui had a side story that made a grown adult kiss a highschooler. Im sure this story struck out to you to defend it with your heart but its a bit obvious of the stories flaws.
