You probably already know these, but I love: Servamp, Owari no Seraph, Makai Ouji; Devils and Realist
And among those that are kinda bl but only in subtext (without anything explicitly romantic or sexy) and have pretty fucking great fantasy worldbuilding (in my humble opinion) and a lot of action are "Silver Diamond" and "Shuuten Unknown" (and their sequels "Silver Diamond Gaiden" and "Shuuten Unknown Gaiden", all same author). These truly are great if you can get into them, hopefully that older kinda rough artstyle isn't too much of a turn off for you.
Hyakunen Kesshou Mokuroku also falls into that subtextual tension category, it's a nice fantasy read although it's not really action, more like mistery.
And ofc there is one of my all time faves, Daydream Nightmare, action/fantasy/comedy with horror elements, super fun read overall.
That's all that comes to mind rn, I could also recomend some that are similar but result in romance after some suuper slow burn with lots of fun plot throught.
Also many chinese bl are censored to the point of just being bromance and there are a lot of them with fun action-filled fantasy plots, so maybe try that if you haven't yet (づ￣ ³￣)づ
