AHHH! It's the guy from the other manga! Ookami! I wasn't sure if it was him or not, but as someone below mentioned, he even had the tear in his ear. Which is pretty cool. I knew this manga took place in the same setting but wasnt expecting that cameo.
(Also anyone else find it amusing how the herbivores are the agressors here? Predator becomes prey indeed~)
Ahhhh, those blessed 4 volumes I'd never imagined being able to read anytime soon. It's such a wonderful experience seeing Sato and Yoshida in a new light. Honestly, I like that we're exploring the other characters as well. I love how Yoshida, Sato, Makimura and Akimoto have banded together into a comedy quartet, yay! The girls have surprisingly been (somewhat) nice(r) to Yoshida. Its actually kinda fun seeing their stories too!
Also, I just love this art style. It's like one of the A/Ns mentioned, thick lines, very simplistic, but also really endearing too. It adds to the over-the-top hilariousness but also genuine feeling. I'll certainly buy the books whenever I can bc I love this mangaka's work so much, but till then, thanks so much for giving us the chance to read the rest of this wonderful story!
Lowkey not that fond of the blue-haired goblin and 704. Idk, they just don't interest me as much as the main two. Something about the goblin guy just rubs me the wrong way. I dont /think/ he's the 'bad guy', but idk, I'm worried he's gonna do something stupid.
That aside, I'm sure they'll grow on me more as the story continues. Rn im just dying to see more of San and Eunjae
ヾ(☆▽☆). Also have i mentioned i love the fact that enjae is a comic artist and san reads his (former?) comic, whilst being comic characters themselves?
I love it hehehe
I find the story a little bit confusing. The death records, for one. So was Eunjae meant to die in a car accident or not? Or did he walk in front of the car because that ghost (demon? Idk) was possessing him. Its been established that the creepy dream rape-y demon thing at the start is Hwan (at least i think so???). Yama is supposed to be like the leader or something? But if so then why can dark-blue hair goblin disobey him and talk back to him like that.
I do like the story but i feel myself getting a little lost here and there. I'll probably have to wait for some stuff to get explained and then reread so it makes sense
same here :/
Yes, Eunjae was meant to die in THAT very moment, that's why he's on death records BUT I think he's name got there only by long-haired ghost meddling on Hwan's (good-looking ghost) business while reapers thought Hwan's responsible for the unplanned registration of Eunjae.
About Yama and Geumsun, I don't read raws nor spoilers about it but least I could tell from their actions are either they've known each other from a very long time, obviously not in a friendly manner, moreso like boss-employee kind of thing, where employee's the not-so-obedient-rude-dominant type even in front of his boss. I hope you get what I mean here. Or some revelations did happened to them that has yet to unfold. Wherein what we can do is wait and see what happens next and let the story reveal itself.
