Like even though our mc confessed Sihyun’s still under the impression that their relationship is only temporary and he’ll soon be replaced w someone else once our mc gets “tired” of him. And its understandable why he thinks this way given their past and how our mc went no contact w him after they kissed. And then meeting him again years later and our mc’s presented himself as promiscuous. Sihyun’s reading his “I love yous” as “You’re the person I like the most now” and his “I’ve never liked anyone like this before” as “Until how long will he like me this much for”. Like our mc really dug his own grave deep I just wonder how long until Sihyun tells him they did kiss forreal and it wasn’t all just a dream.

Think he should’ve apologized more towards how he treated erna since the beginning of their relationship. Him mostly feeling sorry for how he treated her during her pregnancy and causing her to miscarry just makes it seem like if that hadn’t happened/or the truth about gladys hadn’t come out their relationship would’ve continued on the same. Erna went through a lot more than miscarrying being with him and I was hoping the manhwa version would write that into his apology :/
I’ve read the novel so I already know he doesn’t beg and grovel for her forgiveness, but I would’ve been content if he just addressed the psychological torture he put erna through making her the unwilling main character in the whole gladys act.
