I remember that it has like 11 chapters + 1 extra or sth like that. And I read it 4 years ago. The artstyle was good.. It is a japanese yaoi. Also, the uke's mother wasn't surprised when the seme announced their relationship in the hospital. She said sth like " I am shocked but it would have been weird if they didn't end up together"
