It's honestly crazy to me how fully grown adults make up their minds to kill babies in these stories because let's face it she's 3 years old, she's not even categorised as a child yet. They want to kill a BABY. Killing a baby is actually psychotic behaviour. There's a difference btw being evil and psychotic. Someone evil is just a calculating bad person however they wouldn't stoop so low as to kill a BABY. Being psychotic on the ither hand is just being plain insane. And thats why I always feel a bit of inconsistency in these stories when people that are to be considered evil are acting like literal psychos
The reason why the humanoids in this comic can be so horrible and unforgiving is because it's meant to mirror real life animal behaviors. They're not human.
It's not just "oh look evil" it's nature, but with a coat of humanoid paint. For example, many male animals in nature will kill and sometimes eat babies that are not their own. Male zebra's, lions and grizzly bears do this. Rarely you'll see a bonding bewteen different species in the wild. Their was a lioness who held an antelope fawn close until the fawn died.
I hate their behavior to and so does she that's partly why she wants to leave.
I actually cannot remember the last time a story irritated me this much. This story was actually really good in the beginning. It had all the feels and the MC was cute, I genuinely thought the ML would end up being this annoying guy that would just lead the MC on for over half of the story and then not even get a redemption arc. But no, he actually turned out to be really sweet and really patient. But then again you need to have the patience of a monk to be able to deal with that MC , after getting together, his entire character just feels like ragebait, he says the most, annoying frustrating and irritating things and then pretends like he doesn't understand what he did wrong. Like what evennnn (╬￣皿￣)凸. That boy pisses me off soooooo much, with that kind of personality it is basically impossible for them to ever be in a happy relationship. He keeps bugging about how they have to keep their relationship a secret and then gets depressed ten seconds later for being called friends. Like what even do you want?? What is your problemm???? Sighhhhhh. I really just want this story to be over atp. I'm tired.
The story was actually really good in the beginning, I liked the fact that she had a very justified reason to resent the female lead and it wasn't because she stole her man but because she actually had personal beef with her. I genuinely thought I would end up really liking it until I realised that the MC is not as smart as I thought she was, she keeps letting the villains get away with all the bad things they do and she refuses to ask the Duke for help when it would just be easier to let him handle it and I dont even know why she refuses to tell them about her power because they've always been kind and good to her so it really makes no sense. And to just make everything worse, she has stolen all the fl men and now has 3 future live interests. It was good but that's more than enough reason for me to drop it now. I would genuinely like to ask what even is the storyline of this story, ive been reading and honestly barely anything has happened, its unbelievably boring, I actually fell asleep reading this and from what ive seen in the comments it seems there's no reason for me to continue this because the ML isn't even a character that I should look forward to meeting and therefore im officially dropping this. I have sooo many questions, why did she think it was a better idea to infiltrate the manor by transforming herself into a child and posing as his five year old daughter instead of just infiltrating the manor as a servant by changing her appearance? Let's be fr, a servant would have a lot more access to information than a 5 year old would.
And secondly why is her male lead a full ass grown man while she's currently 5? The author should have waited to introduce him after MC returned to her usual adult self
Thirdly, it was so dumbb how she ended up getting chosen for adoption, like she was really the ONLY bold child he met after going through dozens of orphanages in the entire country? Like be fr, lots of kids are very precocious, if bold is what he was looking for, he would have found that long before encountering her. This entire story is just weird, everything including the plot line, world building and storytelling is a mess. The only thing half way decent is the art
I don't know why the girl didn't consider becoming a maid. But ultimately, the manga needs to be extended somehow. She didn't want to be 5 years old; she wanted to be 10, but the potion didn't work. Also, the other children are afraid of the duke's dark energy, and he adopted her because she resembled his deceased wife, not just because she was brave.
I think their household is like closed off and no maid recruitments had happened and only the position as his adopted child was open...and as for the male lead

Dropped this at chapters 22 because what even is that rubbish that Fluffy head is doing? What possible reason could he have had to grape him? The boy was already scared of him, he could have just said a few words to scare him a little more and sent him away. Nahh the ML is a piece of shit because he had no business doing that to that poor innocent boy, and hes still going to end up with that trashy ML in the end. This story is definitely not my cup of tea, and I really would have enjoyed it too if not for the rubbish ML pulled. Grape is grape and it can't be glossed over like it didn't happen. If the author had actually made the ML a bad guy right from the beginning then it wouldn't even have been surprising but then why make him seem like a good guy and then have him do that to the MC. I just can't forgive this kind of trashy behaviour mostly because of how pure hearted and innocent the MC is, he did not need to experience anything that would give him more trauma
Am I the only one that didn't really like Dorothea?? Like she pushed away everyone around her and hurt them over and over and over again because of her indecisiveness. She's aware that in her past life ahe wasn't a very good person and I like that but then in her current life she still treated a lot of people that were kind to her very badly . For example her brother and both male leads. She literally strung along both male leads the entire story, she doesn't really pay attention to anyone in the story except for her maid, Knight and the two little kids. If she actually wanted to be better and tried to get to know the other characters there would not have been so much angst and misunderstandings. I agree that the other characters weren't perfect as well but they really all cared for her and she couldn't give two shits about them even in this life until more than halfway through the story and even then she wasn't really treating them right. She was annoying most of the time. How she treated Ray due to her jealousy was never and will never be okay, she never gave him even half of the love that he gave her and he was the only person who truly really loved her in both lives without ever trying to hurt her

The story was so cute in the beginning with Mr Mo being all possessive despite not realising what he was doing. I loved how he gradually came to understand what his feelings for secretary Xiao. My issue with this story began when secretary xiao showed no signs of improvement when it came to a romantic relationship btw them. He led Mr mo on for agesss and was always ready to leave him at a moment's notice and never even bothered tp form any kind of attachment to him. The story was then dragged on for way longer than it had to and then it had the most abrupt and confusing ending possible. I've read stories with open endings before and they usually make sense to some extent but this story was not one that needed an open ending. After everything mr went through, the least they could have done was let him have a conclusive ending where he finally gets the undivided attention and affection of the man he was chasing for 82 long chapters. It honestly felt like the author just grew tired of writing the story and ended it. I feel like side stories wouldn't have made it any better honestly because if the author could end the story like this?? Then the side stories written by them could very possibly give me a stroke. I want the hours I spent reading this backkkk
