According to my friend, it's a Chinese Manga and it's about a girl who worked in the Red Light District but was kidnapped and sold to the palace. This girl likes to test out poison on herself and she test it out so often that she becomes immune to poison.

I'd really appreciate if you guys could find what manga this is, hahaha xD
I read it recently but couldn't find it anywhere in my history.

It's about this guy, let's call him 'A' who kinda died and landed in this girl's body (which is kinda made by god or smth) and he's in love with the best friend. I don;'t really remember but I think A decided to go to school to start afresh and accidently met the best friend who he's in love with. Along the way A also made a girl fall in love with him. After some events, the best fiend and the girl found out what is happening with A. A's consciousness was actually transferred into the girl's body and that his real body was lying unconscious in the hospital.

The younger brother is in love with his sister (if it helps, they actually have a garden where there is a few trees that are represented as then. For the sister it''s a Sakurai Tree.) husband. So far, the sister had already passed away and so the younger brother and the husband lives tgt.

(There was this chapter which shows the sister in the hospital talking to the husband and the sister was like. "I guess I can give you to him now, or rather him to you. Haha"

I can't really give more detail as it may be inaccurate and mess up the storyline @@
