I only read ch 100-158 and damn it's painful. At this point MLs is in wife chasing/guilty and regret phase towards MC and MC didn't give a shit hahaha. MC was milking all their worth as a revenge and them indulging MC as a form of atonement.
Their wife chasing/atonement didn't work tho, when I say MC didn't give a shit I really mean it. Emperor ML gave back his dukedom but everyone already knows he was a s*x slave for MLs, so in his reinate party he killed some nobles who talked vulgar about him. He choose to be feared as a madman rather than be ridiculed as MLs s*x slave.
If your expected HE for them is where 3 of them get along somehow at the end or anything happy, it didn't happen. If you're looking for something painful, MC and MLs who hurt each other, and failed regret top I really recommend this.
Duke ML killed Emperor ML bcs as for him, the happiness he could give MC is the world without both of them(MLs). MC crowned himself as the emperor and used his 3rd exemption to free Duke ML from being punished for killing emperor, so ML didn't die. Everyone feared MC and approved him as emperor. From a s*x slave to be the one on top.
Before this, ML emperor r*ped MC again bcs him being jealous of Duke ML. MC has been hurt by Duke ML, he wanted to MC only remember being hurt by him not Duke ML. After this MC really wanted to kill emperor ML -> done by Duke ML.

Depends where you’re at. I mean compared to Japan and Korea, China’s piracy laws ain’t that strict but I know in Beijing a lot of things are blocked unlike if you’re in HongKong or ShangHai.
You can open it with your average vpn, though if it still doesn't work for some reason, you can try using tor
