We don't know his age. We only know that when his powers kicked in he stopped aging and we don't know how much time went between that and Eve meeting Gozu. However in one scene where Eve drinks beer he says that he is old enough to drink alcohol. Since this is a Japanese manga and since 20 is the legal age of drinking in Japan I'm assuming that Eve is at least 20 years old. Otherwise, unverified.
