If that's not a low-key confession of love, I don't know what is. Kwon Young is so cute. I love how he's protecting Yoonbin... and allowing Yoonbin to completely have his way with him ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄ He thinks it's just puppy love, that Yoonbin will eventually move on but little does he know lol, Yoonbin will never be satiated.
Kwon Young seriously thinks that if he allows Yoonbin to do anything he wants with him, Yoonbin will get Kwon Young out of his system and naturally just move on.
He tried staying away from Joonbin. Now he's doing the opposite. He hasn't considered the possibility that now that Joonbin has a hold of him, he'll never let him go.

This has been the saddest chapter so far. Not just because Kim Dan's grandma is dying, but that too.
When Jaekyung says "I'll always be in your corner", Kim Dan glances at him with a flicker of hope, wanting for it to be a confession. But then Jaekyung says "I'm saying, you have my support" and that fragile hope is dashed, and Kim Dan starts bawling.
The thing is, if Jaekyung had even accidentally confessed at that moment, it would have cleared up the misunderstandings between them. But Jaekyung is trying to do the right thing, by supporting Kim Dan with no strings attached.
It's so sad. Kim Dan tried to protect himself with clearly laid out boundaries (with good reason) and Jaekyung is trying to respect that and support him unconditionally, and it's hurting them. It's this cycle of misunderstandings and unconfessed feelings.
There's a realism about the way that lead characters react to things that's so painful. Like, in another BL, Yoonbin wouldn't be dissuaded by the way Kwon Young pulls away but here, it's wrecking him inside. The way Kwon Young feels like a burden to others and that the most caring thing he can do is to stay out of their lives feels so painfully realistic. Why does this manhwa make me want to cry
I want nothing more than Dan to be happy... and... I hope you can be happy WITH him too."
I think the granny knew of their feelings for each other. I think she has always known.
