Years ago I read a yaoi manga (old style one) about the relationship of an office worker and his boss. The office worker finds out that his boyfriend is only gay or better said only dates men because he can't be with the only woman he loves: his sister. Maybe Aoi Hitsuji no Yume, but that's not really office work. More like war between gangs
