am i the only one that doesn’t really mind the time leap thing? although the age gap in the past is insane, theres nothing romantic going on, other than the mc being madly in love but taehyuk doesn’t seem to reciprocate. i guess it’s pretty awkward watching a grown man and a kid interact, but the storyline in the past is more rather growing and learning because of each other instead of romance. unless the author decides to pull a fast one and make them do some silly stuff when bro is quite literally eleven then ill jump.
i haven’t read this in a while and finally got a chance to read it today and wow, i noticed that the art got a lot more colorful, using vibrant colors, and overall showing more emotions. not sure if this was the artist trying out new styles, i don’t know if im reaching or not but it kinda represents karlyle opening up to ash and showing a new side of himself. i haven’t read this in a while so this change definitely stood out to me, but damn the art is so pretty.
