Hi I'm trying to find this BL manhwa I read a long time ago where the main character gets transmigrated to another world where he becomes a king/god but hes kind of a shitty king/god that lies he's competent enough to run the place but somehow gets lucky and things turn out well for him. I remember he has black hair and one of the love interests had red hair and the red hair guy really hated him at first.
