I am a college student in my final year but the thing is I suffer from anxiety attacks from time to time. I always get so concious of myself when I am alone. It's fine when I am with someone but it feels like lots of eyes on me but in reality it's not like that. I feel like an empty vessel. Like I can't do anything right and just a useless trash. What should I do I am very embarrassed too as seeing others brining with confidence and then theirs me struggling for a very basic thing that comes natural to most of people.
How do u avoid unnecessary eye contact in public?

I always look below or the cars or other things but not with a person. Thats why i hate buying things because i need to talk face to face with the cashier but yeah thats unavoidable. So its better if you learn how to not panic even if you made eye contact with someone. Thats normal
SUNGLASSES!! Also, they will protect your eyes from cataracts in the future. Double bonus! I find that strangers are less likely to speak to me if I am wearing them, too.
Just don’t look at people. Simple.
Just look on the ground or buildings or just focus on your phone. Or if you can’t avoid looking at people then look at the bridge of their nose (if you are talking to them)
