Okay can someone help me find a story I'll just list out some of the main points I remember

- seme rich and poor uke
- they paired before but the seme didn't remember
- they meet again, and the uke pregnant
- the uke run away, and get kidnapped

The art in the story are very good and have a theme about the 20th century

I dont remember the title (its BL/Yaoi/Shounen, idk), but the story is about school frends whose the top is pianist, and the bt drop out from the school and work at hotel, and then they are reunited as boss and employee at the hotel/villa/idk
