I just read Dead Man Switch which I personally really liked, though a disclaimer; it has a romance subplot and occasional (though it feels often) sex scenes, also the second lead is stuck in a time loop, which I don't know if that will ruin the experience for you or not

The webtoon Surviving Romance (doesn't have romance despite the name) is REALLY good too,
