I read this manga that i can't find again. It was a yaoi manga. there was this writer who wrote sexy literature, he had a new editor who was his fan. The writer is a sadistic guy so he says something like "you can't be my editor" and the editor panics and he is like "I will do anything". So he ties him up and does sexy things to him (sticks in something (●￣(ｴ)￣●))and leaves him there, as he has some 'work', closes the door.
（￣へ￣） After some time he comes back and he can't "open the door". then is gonna call the "maintenance people". The editor guy has some kind of trauma and panics badly. He tries to reach the door with his foot as he is tied up but the door does not budge.
