I gave up reading the end but they got back together after MC got kicked out at his sister's wedding (his father is still a homophobic trash until the very end). They also did the ykw in the same hotel where the wedding reception was being held

Towards the end, MC was kidnapped by the ML’s older brother, who wanted to film a sexual video. ML saves MC. After MC gets discharged from the hospital (I’m guessing the brother assaulted him to some degree), ML was nowhere to be seen. MC goes to his sister's wedding, where he gets humiliated by his father. On his way out, ML was waiting for him and they reconciled right there.
