I personally feel that Jegal suits her best because they're kind of the same age mentally? (Yeon regressed while Jegal has memories of his ancestors). Also out of all the leads Jegal knows her true nature best. Yeon has no pretense around him and he knows her sly side unlike the others.
We all know who the ML will be though hopefully ryucheong shines more in the later chapters.
