It’s because the system went down for a bit and all manga that you marked as read, reading, or want to read had their status deleted! And if you didn’t mark it, no updates! But I think they mostly finished restoring all the “already read” manga for almost everybody, so you just need to wait a few more days for the “reading” and “want to read” to come back!
