The comic is 90% this disgusting relationship swiftly crashing down into more levels of toxicity than fathomable and then some plit thrown in in the end so you don't throw it all back up.
Therapy does not exist in that universe and now I want therapy for reading this and seing how much some people unironically like and romanticise this. The comic is psychological horror but not by design because the Author doesn't actually acknowledge the disaster they wrote as what it is.(╯°Д °)╯╧╧
Wow babe. No one is romanticizing this, not even the Author. The author themselves said that their trauma has caused them to be so toxic, they literally said that if they were to not experience the trauma they did they wouldn't have gone down this path. They would've probably loved each other better. No one is saying they want this or how cute is this, they're saying the writing is good, bc it objectively is, the author has written a beautifully chaotic mess of toxicity. The author shows the cause and effect of just people, people who will go to whatever lengths to protect the things that they want. People who wil delude themselves into being loved. This story perfectly portrays that and more. It's a psychological crime. It's not a romance

You need to understand , they are the exception, not the rule, it's always the fucked up people who end up commenting the most, the rest of us just read our stuff and go, sometimes leaving a comment for others that might read it. It's rare to see any sane comments as the top comments. This website is a breeding ground for fucked up people. I'm also sure that the vast majority of people romanticizing is arent even queer in any way. Straight people that read bl tend to veiw any queer characters in media more as objects than people and their worst inhibitions come out. Fujoshi's are fucked up, but they are not the rule. The Author's word is what you should look at, but if this is not to your taste that's fine too. Me personally, I enjoy a good fucked up story, theyre messy and interesting, but they're just that. A story. Fiction. And more people should realize that.
