Don't get me wrong, I definitely agree with you about him having basic morals (but he kinda went beyond just a 'dick' he was straight up cruel to the guy, so it think a little surprise is natural)

Right like, i can forgive them calling jo boring but why are they acting like tj is perfect and not toxic?? At least jo will put a name to his feelings and doesn’t treat ian like a toy.
