Grayson has a dog called Alex, you see him in KML and few years later in Grayson own story he already is an old dog. It's either the original Alex or another dog with the same name.

it was so fucking unnecessary. the brother pushing chase down a chimney and infront of a bus was enough to get the point across that he’s a abusive psychopath, imo the author took it too far.
