He got into a lot of trouble with his friends and family because of his lack of social awareness. When one of his friends told him that their new baby sibling was annoying, he taught his friend how to kill the baby so that the annoying thing would go away.
His omega dad Koi also lacks the ability to smell, so he poisoned his dad to test him. Koi almost died, and his alpha father Ashley came home to see his three eldest children standing around watching their dad dying.
Ashley himself suffers from brain damage due to the accumulation of pheromones when he was younger -- Koi left him and Ashley refused to find a partner to release his pheromones with, resulting in permanent brain damage. That's why he strictly enforces releasing pheromones with his five alpha children because he doesn't want them to end up like himself.
He also feels incredibly guilty for passing down his horrible genes and creating all these menaces to society (not really his fault, his omega demanded it). His biggest hope for his kids is that they don't end up in prison or murdering anyone.
With Grayson, he had to teach him how to adopt a persona and fake a smile. When Koi and Ashley first find out about Grayson and Dane's relationship, the first thing Ashley did was to apologize and accept all liability/pay off Dane because he thought Grayson had forced Dane.
Ashley Dominic Miller is actually the most unfortunate character in the series. Poor guy was the product of rape between his alpha father Dominic and his omega father Ashley Juliet. When found his perfect mate in Koi Niles, Koi left him for years and he got brain damage for staying chaste. Then, when he said he only wanted one kid, Koi gave him five crazy alpha monsters and one super cute but super dumbdumb omega.

ML starts to get possessive of MC without really knowing why. Then one day, someone reminded him that it was almost time for MC's heat and ML got so jealous and possessive that he remembered everything. ML's cousin let curiosity get the better of her and asks how ML remembered and is absolutely disgusted with this stupid couple.
The manhwa is slightly confusing in timelines but the novels clear up some of that.
Egg Benedict was meant to be read first. It's the novel about Kyle (Lyle's younger dominant alpha brother) and Nick (Kyle's beta-turned-omega roomie/bff). Kyle was kidnapped on the eve of his first rut and was forced to be mentally imprinted on the omega son of a human trafficker. Because of this, he is revolted by physical intimacy and is secretly (only to Nick) in love with Nick.
When Nick realizes he's turned into an omega, he sleeps with Kyle but tries to see if it's just pheromones in action so he briefly dates Ash after one of his coworkers introduces them to each other. Ash is an alpha who only dates alpha but he breaks his rules because he falls in love at first sight. They are never intimate because Nick realizes his and Kyle's lives are inseparable. Lyle makes a brief appearance when he sees Nick and Ash together and chastises Nick for hurting his little brother.
That's why in Define the Relationship, Lyle assumes that Ash has a poor first impression of him. Ash only meets up with Lyle as a favor to make Nick happy. When Lyle and Ash meet, it has been eight months since Kyle and Nick married. Lyle remembers that Ash as the alpha he had shared a kiss with 6 years ago, which is also when Ash broke up with Hazel and started to date alphas exclusively. He also remembers Ash as Nick's recent beau.
After Ash and Lyle get engaged, one of Lyle's childhood friends (an aristocratic dominant alpha) confesses his love to Lyle and tries to steal him away. Turns out male alpha can also bear children especially if the spouse is a dominant alpha? But Lyle turns him down. Instead, he and Ash adopt a three year old rescued female golden retriever named Bonbon.
Feels like every one of my family reunions when they ask why no grandkids yet...
